Office Staff

Liz O’Neill
Office Manager

Liz has been part of the Jefferson Street Counseling family for almost three years as Office Assistant and will now be the new Office Manager. Liz is thrilled to take on new responsibilities and loves working with this great group of people!

As you can hear from the southern accent, Liz hails from Alabama and has had an exciting few years rooting for her Alma Mater, the University of Alabama. On most Saturdays in the fall, she will be cheering on her home team as well as the BSU Broncos.

When Liz is not here at Jefferson Street Counseling, she is busy being the Treasurer of Step Ahead Idaho, a non-profit for college counseling and volunteering at their Drop-in sights. Being a retired high school Math teacher, she is passionate about education and career training after high school.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys sewing, hand smocking for nieces, French hand sewing and all those good, southern traditions. Reading is also a passion so if you have read a good book lately, let her know!

Rebecca St. George
Office Assistant

Prior to her recent employment with Jefferson Street Counseling, Rebecca worked full time in the finance industry. While working her way up the corporate ladder, she re-evaluated her career path and made the decision to go back to school to pursue a career that fit her true passion of helping people. Rebecca, now a full-time college student,  plans to pursue a career in Human Resources Management with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

In her spare time, you will find Rebecca focused on strengthening her relationships with her friends, family, and fur babies. Rebecca is an advocate for self-care and uses daily meditation and sketching as a healthy outlet for stress management. She is most inspired by nature and sets aside time each week to self-reflect and walk her dogs with her husband.

During the spring and summertime, Rebecca enjoys container flower gardening, floating the Boise River, hiking Tablerock, biking the city, hosting dinner parties with friends, sculpting, and dabbling in outdoor design.

In the fall and winter, Rebecca spends her time attending BSU football games, creating homemade holiday wreaths and cards, hosting an annual “Friendsgiving” party at her home, taking photographs, attending movie premieres, and reading inspirational and self-development books.
