Equine Assisted Therapy is therapy for: families, couples, and individuals. Like all experiential therapy it can be used for anxiety, depression, grief, loss, abuse recovery, and PTSD. Michele Tae has taught yoga and meditation in Boise since 1989. She received Buddhist vows from Pema Chodron in 1992, was ordained in the Order of Interbeing by Thich Nhat Hanh in 1998 and ordained a Buddhist Chaplain by Roshi Joan Halifax in 2010. She also owns a successful consulting firm that offers information system and management services.
