Lisa Fisher


Lisa Fisher is a practicing psychotherapist and an organizational psychologist.  For 17 years, she has served nationally and internationally as a coach, a facilitator, and an educational, organizational and development consultant for individuals and for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Lisa is a graduate of Wellesley College and holds three advanced graduate degrees: a Master of Arts in teaching, a Master of Arts in leadership and organizational development, and a Master of Arts in psychology. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in organizational systems. She is also a certified Immunity to Change facilitator, a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer (CGT), and a Level 1 Partnership Broker. Lisa piloted and taught the first Social Entrepreneurship course at Boise State University, and currently serves on the faculty at Presidio Graduate School. In 2014, she was named a Social Impact Fellow by RSF Social Finance. Most recently, she led the successful efforts in Idaho to pass Benefit Corporation Legislation and published the best-selling and award-winning book, Admissions by Design.

At the heart of Lisa’s practice is her desire to see individuals, families, and organizations flourish as their most whole and authentic selves. To this end, she works with clients to identify, cultivate, and utilize their natural interests, strengths, and assets. 

Lisa is an Idaho native and enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, and anything else in the outdoors. She is also a certified yoga instructor and the parent of a teenage daughter.
