Shirley O’Neil

Shirley O’Neil, M.Ed., LCPC is a licensed professional counselor as well as a certified school counselor. She spent many years in the schools working with both students and parents on social as well as academic problems. She has background and expertise in working with both men and women on an array of personal issues. Shirley specializes in individual (adult, adolescent and child) issues, couples counseling, parenting concerns and family therapy. She works with individuals, couples, groups and families. Within a nurturing and encouraging counseling relationship, Shirley wants to help individuals and families to overcome obstacles that prevent them from living a fulfilling and authentic life. She is the mother of 5 children and is active in the community.

Shirley is a certified school counselor as well as a licensed counselor and spends part of her time consulting at Riverstone International School.  As the mother of 5 children ranging in age from 27-17, she is intimately aware of developmental, adolescent and family concerns and take a creative approach to dealing with these issues.
